High quality and finely roasted. However, it is not a dark roast like a typical French roast from Starbuck’s. It is consistent with a medium roast. I prefer a darker roast, but no regrets. This is still a very fine cup of coffee.

This is by far my favorite coffee. I like the House Blend. It is smooth & rich. Many other coffees are bitter and you need to hide the coffee with creamers. Red Mug is delicious every time. I can’t say enough on how wonderful this coffee tastes.
